Professional exchange participants are all affiliated with the sport and physical education program of the Instituto Superior de Formación Docente Salomé Ureña (ISFODOSU), a public institution of higher education in Santo Domingo, the capital and largest city of the Dominican Republic, specialized in training education professionals. Spanish is the official language of the Dominican Republic. 

One of the many benefits of GCIV membership is the opportunity to connect with delegations of emerging world leaders traveling to our state.
