The summit is an opportunity for Georgians to attend cross-cultural training workshops, regional briefings, introductory language courses, and conversations with members of the Atlanta Consular Corps. Its goal is to better prepare Georgians to be citizen diplomats.
Individual citizens have the right, perhaps even the responsibility, to help shape U.S. foreign relations one handshake at a time. Citizen diplomacy provides an opportunity for Americans to better understand the rest of the world and for others to learn more about the U.S. Learn how to become more involved through GCIV and other international organizations in Atlanta! |
